Crepes!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

1.   1.5 cups of flour
2.   1 Tbsp Sugar
3.   .5 tsp baking powder
4.   .5 tsp salt
5.   2 cups of milk
6.   2 Tbsp melted margarine
7.   .5 tsp vanilla
8.   2 eggs

Directions

Mix flour, sugar, baking powerder and salt in big bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat with hand beater until smooth. Heat a skillet to medium heat. (Lightly butter if not non-stick)
Pour 1/4 cup of batter for one crepe, immediately rotate skillet for a thin cover. Flip when bottom is light brown. When both sides are cooked, stack on plate (wax paper between them so they don’t stick together)
Fill with ANYTHING you want! I love butter and powdered sugar. In France, they made chocolate nutella and banana crepes. Fan favorite is fruit jams, add powdered sugar for extra sweetness. Ham and chese crepes are even created and delicious. Ice cream? Whip cream? Possibilities are endless!
